Terms & Conditions
These conditions govern the booking and provision of Friola's services in Palma. By requesting a quote or confirming a service, you accept these conditions.
1. Parties and purpose
This contract is entered into between Friola, with registered address at Calle de Sant Miquel, 40, 07002 Palma, and the customer requesting the service. The purpose is the provision of shoe makeup, cleaning and repair services within the scope described in the quote.
2. Bookings and quotes
The customer can request a quote by phone, WhatsApp or through the website form. The quote is free and valid for 30 days. The booking is confirmed when the customer accepts the quote and, if required, pays the deposit.
3. Carrying out the work and access to the premises
Friola undertakes to carry out the work on the agreed date and at the agreed location. The customer must guarantee access to the home or premises and have electricity and water available if the service requires it. If access is not possible, the cancellation policy applies.
4. Prices, payment on completion and invoices
The final price is the one stated in the accepted quote. Payment is made upon completion of the service, in cash or by bank transfer. Friola issues an invoice with a breakdown of the work carried out.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
The customer can change the date at no cost if they give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a minimum visit fee of 30 euros, as indicated in the quote.
6. Liability, insurance and claims
Friola is liable for damage caused directly by its work during the provision of the service. Any issue must be reported within 7 days so that it can be reviewed and a solution offered. Friola holds civil liability insurance.
7. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Palma.
