Friola was born in Palma after seeing how many makeup, cleaning, and shoe repair services used generic, uncontrolled materials. We wanted a local service that paid attention to details and spoke clearly about what it uses and how it works.
That is why we work with full-grain leather from Mallorca tanneries, fragrance-free mineral pigments, and eco-friendly vinegar. Each specialist reviews their work before considering it complete, and we use sealed products to avoid surprises.
We believe in direct dealing and fixed pricing. No middlemen, no fine print, and with the responsibility of whoever signs off on the work. If something does not convince you, we redo it without excuses.
